A beautiful unique luxury beach house in a contemporary architecture, offering high-end two bedrooms. Set on a higher level of the beach overlooking the Caribbean sea with it's stunning sunsets every night. The house is highly specified and comprehensively fitted throughout including full kitchen with quality appliances, electrical window treatments, electrical mosquito screening, air conditioning and ceiling fans, WI-FI, cable TV and Bose sound system, Apple TV, entry security system. The Beach House is furnished with stylish, delicate, modern furniture and with fine color combinations.

The House also comes with everyday House Keeping, Concierge Service, Pick up service, Room service and more..... Check out the pictures!

Zenith Nevis is set on a wonderful island in the Caribbean. Often called the queen of the Caribbean.

This island boasts a tremendous combination of history, culture, nature and leisure activities. This is the true & real Caribbean.

The people are super friendly, it’s safe, it’s beautiful, it’s quiet, it’s unspoiled.

Zenith Nevis is a small boutique business and provide on-going management.

We are not a large faceless commercial organization. Our pricing structure reflects tremendous value from it’s stunning location and is hard to find on a equivalent property on the island.

We came on a visit by boat many years ago and hardly seem to have been away since.

Nevis is the heart and soul of the Caribbean, an exotic tropical volcanic island with an abundance of palm-fringed beaches, warm sparkling sea, English-speaking and life-loving locals, a wealth of land and water based activities, a great choice of delicious international cuisines, and a background soundtrack of soul & reggae.

“Nevis getaway”

Beautiful house, absolutely wonderful staff! Great place to go to unplug and relax. Infinity pool was very cool and the view from the master bed in the morning was spectacular

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hedda (the owner) a message.

If Hedda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
