Description

Located in the most desirable area of Nevis referred to as the "Gold Coast" on exclusive Ridge Road, this romantic getaway is nestled on the hill approximately 200 feet above sea level. Imagine relaxing around the 30-foot lap pool or lounging in the hammock and enjoying the sparkle of the Caribbean waters and the spectacular views over the narrows to the sister island of St. Kitt's at sunset while awaiting the famous "green flash" before dining al fresco in a fully screened porch. The views from the villa bedrooms, screened in porch and pool deck are some of the most spectacular views on the island.

The villa is surrounded by gorgeous gardens and is tastefully furnished with antique wicker, pine furniture and original art. Each of the two bedrooms is privately located at either end of the villa with their own private en-suite baths. One bedroom has a one king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Round Hill Villa alone is ideal for two couples or a family with children who can swim. There is also a small 'teenager' bedroom in the basement with a double bed, 2-piece bath and outside shower.

Round Hill Villa is ideally located within 1 mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis and some of the finest restaurants on the island, ranging from the more casual Gallipot and Sunshine’s restaurant, to the more formal dining that can be enjoyed at the Marshall’s Restaurant or Nisbet Plantation located just minutes away by car. It's only a 3- minute walk down the hill from the house to the beach and all the best water sports facilities on the island. It's a 5-minute drive to the airport, 8 minutes to the Four Season's 18-hole golf course, and a 10-minute drive to town. Round Hill is located within a 1 mile radius of 5 beaches on Nevis.

We also have a self contained studio cottage available that is accessed by a separate driveway and privately situated on the land below the Villa with the same spectacular views. For more information on the cottage, please contact the owner.
