This unique waterfront home located on the desirable west coast of Nevis is the perfect location for a family vacation, or a roomy getaway for just a small group. The property sleeps up to 10 people in the main house and two guest cottages, located on a private one-acre property with waves lapping at the shore. New wow bathrooms throughout. Almost a resort on its own, the house includes a pool, BBQ, kayak, ping pong, trampoline, hammock, and of course, the beachfront location. Located near restaurants and other watersports.

Bathroom: Hall bathroom for bedroom 3 with newly remodeled bathroom with tub and shower with mahogany vanity.

Computer Room: Small office for computer, games, and electronic keyboard.

Living Room: Huge sitting room with large flat-screen TV, DVD, small Balinese table and chairs for children.

Kitchen: Open to living area, large galley kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, gas range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill outdoors.

Indoor Screened Porch: Dining table that seats eight, or for games and puzzles, this huge screened in porch creates a large play-room or sitting room; adjacent to living area and facing the sea.

Pool: Beautiful pool area with water basketball; adjacent covered patio with seating and BBQ.

Terraces: There is a large garden sundeck area with table and umbrella, chairs for outdoor dining or sunset drinks; and sun-lounge chairs; hammock nearby in yard.

Cottage 1 (rear): Individual wooden West Indian-style cottage with two double beds, newly remodeled bathroom, TV, ceiling fan.

  Seafields is such an incredibly beautiful piece of heaven! We had to keep pinching ourselves to confirm it was real. No matter which direction you turn the views are incredible. The space was perfect for two families with teenagers - main house for the adults and a cabana each for the kids. If you tire of floating dreamily in the crystal blue water while gazing at St. Kitts, there's the pool, private beach, ping pong, hammock or trampoline to keep you entertained. And, as if you weren't already dreaming, the sun sets right in front of your house so you can enjoy a beautiful dinner on the patio. That alone would have been a great experience, but the service provided by Suzanne Gordon of Sugar Mill and her team absolutely blew us away. If we even thought of something we needed, or even wanted, she helped us. We literally didn't have to worry about arranging anything from the moment we landed because her service was so complete. If you are looking for a real vacation - where you don't have to stress about a thing and can just relax in paradise - this is the place.
