In-Season is from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. My off-season weekend rate (3 nights or less) ranges from $495.00 to $595.00 per weekend and $695.00 to $795.00 per week. In-season, rates can vary greatly. Please e-mail me and I will send you up-to-the-minute rates and availabilities. In general Summer weekly rates range from $1,350.00 to $2,950.00/ week. Beautiful town-homes located right in the center of New Buffalo Michigan! These town homes are the best of what vacation rentals in New Buffalo have to offer. Each three bedroom, two and a half bath town-home has great views from th...eir rooftop terraces. The screened-in porch off the great room is perfect for enjoying the lake breezes. Sip your morning coffee on the master bedroom's deck, or the third floor guest bedroom's balcony and take in the view of the entire town from the roof top deck. Cook your catch of the day on the gas barbecue grill or simply relax on the large front porch.

Two of the bedrooms have one Queen bed each, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Walk a block to some of the best restaurants in the area, or make a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. Walk to the beach and enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan. My homes are all professionally furnished and decorated, and perfect for vacation rentals, executive rentals, and corporate rentals. With two side by side units, you have the flexibility to rent a single one for your family, or rent two for a family reunion or corporate retreat.

Located in New Buffalo, Michigan, only 70 miles from downtown Chicago, and only 10 miles from Michigan City, Indiana.

Place your kids, float toys, or coolers in the supplied play wagon and head down to the beach, or stay close and use the pool and hot tub. With the beach only a few blocks away, and the pool even closer, everyone can enjoy the water to their heart's content.

Other attractions in the area include the Block Fine Arts Gallery, the Clipper Ship Gallery, Michigan Thyme and Café, The Cool Pepper, Outpost Wind-sports, the Sailor’s Wife, Whittaker House, Harbor Country Day Spa, Gold's Gym, O’Brien’s Limousine Service, and Third Coast Surf Shop.

Some of the restaurants in the area include Beachwood Inn, Brewsters, Casey’s Bar and Grill, Hannah’s Restaurant, O’Briens Restaurant, Rosie’s Restaurant, The Stray Dog, The Tin Buffalo Pizza and Grinders, Rio's Mexican Food, and The Wheel Inn.

  September can be kinda iffy with the weather but we had some really nice days. The pool was open until October it was unfortunate that the hot tub heater went out but the pool water was heated and wonderful. The condo had a lot of room and everything you needed. The beach is a short walk . It is 1/2 block from grocery store and you can walk to many restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, thank you Mike.

  If you are looking for the perfect place to rent for your home away from home in New Buffalo...look no further! This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome has it all. It is upscale in design and luxury. It is very clean and comfortable. It has several decks in which to enjoy your morning coffee or sip your afternoon wine. It has a very nice pool area and is walking distance to the beach and town. We experienced a wonderful long weekend with beatiful accommodations and lovely weather. Michael, the owner, was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for helping to make our stay so memorable!

  We brought the whole family up to New Buffalo and rented side by side units for Thanksgiving this past year and had such a great time, it's becoming our new tradition. The units were beautiful and the perfect size for our family, with great living space to bring everyone together. The house had all of the amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils that we needed to put together a huge feast for a big family of eaters. Throw in a rousing game of football to get our appetites up, a beautiful meal (thanks to al's down the street for saving us on some of the hard work!), and some Midnight Madness shopping at the outlet mall, and we couldn't have asked for more! Perfect holiday, perfect week, fun for everyone in the family! Definitely check out the casinos in the area and make sure you make it for drinks on the roof at the Marina Grand before dinner downstairs at the Bentwood restaurant. Perfect location, only a stone's throw from the lake and the beautiful marina, and right down the street from the best burgers in town at Redamak's and classic Oink's ice cream. Can't wait to come back!
