Very nice, well furnished, clean apartment. You can find there all comforts you need. You can really feel it as "your own home"! I thank very much the owner because with the very clever solutons he adopted, I did not even notice the various problem you can face living in New Delhi: lack of water, electricity jumping continuously... . Also my children liked the house a lot.

From the moment of first enquiry, we received a great service from anjeel, including detailed instructions en route by phone to our hire car. At first glance I knew I was going to love staying in the apartment, beautiful furnishings, en suite bathroom, gorgeous bedrooms, and every care taken to make this an easy and enjoyable stay. Situated in VasantKunj the neighbourhood is friendly and leafy green, with a corner shop and taxi both available by phone. Loved everything, especially the water collection arrangement, the only downside was the flights of stairs up, but only because one of my friends was ill and found this challenging. Also benefited from free Wifi and a landline phone.

This apartment was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was very clean and well appointed as well as being very secure. Internet access was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The television supplied a great variety of channels. There were four adults in our party so we enjoyed the luxury of two bathrooms and generous seating both for dining and in the living room area. After being in the country for a week previous to our arrival here, we enjoyed the use of an excellent washing machine and the reverse osmosis water system as well as hot water 24 hours a day. Shops for basic food supplies were located very nearby and the metro was walking distance (although a challenging walk given the heavy traffic.) The taxi stand at the gate was very handy. Mr. Anjeel was a great source of information on where to eat out (or order in) and arranged for airport transportation. He was very agreeable and willing to help in any way possible. We had a wonderful stay in Delhi and enjoyed this neighborhood.

We spent 4 days with our adult children in this apartment in January 2012. Anjeel was a most courteous and helpful host, providing assistance arranging drivers, guides, and giving pointers on restaurants and metro transit. He was most helpful in pointing out places in Delhi that we would not see as part of the tour we were going to join. These were some of the most memorable sights of our entire experience. The aparttment itself was spacious, clean and had full amenities. If there was any negative it was that the kitchen was small and needed a few more items. Overall this was a very positive experience, to be recommended highly.

On the day of our arrival anjeel was there to invite us and he was very helpful. He gave us a list of all the must see attraction in Delhi which was very helpful. I would recommend this appt to anyone. It is a fantastic place to stay with or without family.

I spent 3 weeks in New Delhi. The first week I spent at a business hotel (Radisson Blu) and the last 2 weeks at angeel's apartment, which was much better than the hotel in nearly every aspect. First, the apartment was far cleaner than the hotel (seriously). Second, the internet in the apartment worked perfectly at all hours of the day, which was far from the case in the hotel. Angeel has 2 different wifi channels and both had good signals and bandwidth. Third, the apartment had a zillion TV channels while the hotel only had a few. Fourth, I never had a power problem at the apartment. Fifth, Angeel had portable heaters so I could adjust the temperature of my bedroom or living room, which was impossible at the hotel. And lastly, I didn't have to deal with housekeeping or front desk staff trying to get in my way (or "help" me) in order to get a tip. Along the same lines, I didn't have to worry about housekeeping stealing anything from my luggage every time I left the room. The apartment is very secure and the complex felt safe to me as a solo traveler. Angeel and his wife are beyond helpful, even picking me up/dropping me off at the airport, offering to take me shopping or out for a dinner. The nearest metro stop is a 10 minute walk but I preferred to take a tuk tuk to the metro to avoid the local situation. You can get a tuk tuk at the entrance to the complex and it cost me (a white woman) about 60 cents to get to the metro station. I had business all over the city and I found the metro to be the fastest way to travel around the city. The Vasant Kunj malls are the nicest in Delhi and are only a few minutes away buy tuk tuk. This apartment is great and everything worked - zero complaints! The location in South Delhi can be a bit far (due to traffic, not actual distance) if you are using a car service but totally fine if you are OK using metro.

Ansh was exactly as advertised. It is a very comfortable apartment in a residential apartment block and is well stocked and well maintained.
Our host was very helpful and accommodating. He responded to every question in a timely manner and provided us with access to taxis (necessary) and excellent home-delivered restaurant meals. The Flaming Chili provided some of the best meals we had in Delhi for a very reasonable charge. This apartment was a good place for us to base our visit. Thanks, Anjeel. -

I had a very good experience, the apartment was very clean, everything in good condition, lot of space for myself, plenty of cold and hot water, the owner is very nice and thoughtful, he helped me get around and gave me a lot information about the area. I enjoyed going for walks in the park inside the complex or condominium. I felt safe all the time there! Cleaness and safety are very important to me and I found in this place!

This property is located at heart of city with very good conectivity. The new IGI airport is less than just 30 minutes drive by taxi. Though private taxi and auto are available in the door step and new Delhi metro transport is very close by and this is the best mode of transport which is also very close. Be you are a tourist or a business man, a good connectivity by Delhi metro makes the life easy. (Of course, there will be rush hours during peak time.). Metro connects most of the tourist spots and places of interest in and around Delhi.
I went with my family - my wife and my 8 years old son as a tourist. This was a first trip to Delhi by me and I did not have any idea about Delhi.
Anjeel has all prepared to receive me. I was made very comfortable by the warm welcome at the apartment and homely treatement I got from Mr. and Mrs anjeel Babbar. Mr. Babbar guided me with the maps, book lets etc. which helped me very much in visiting the tourist attractions in and around Delhi.
Apartment is clean, tidy. Very comfortable to do extended stay. Though there is no lift and the apartment is located on 3rd floor, but when I look at over all, this can be ignored.
Anjeel Babbar provided me with various options for breakfast, lunch and dinner where in we can order the food to door step or also we can go out and enjoy it in the restaurants. There are good shops and restaurants are near by the apartment.
I would recommend for any body to stay in this service apartment. -
