Immaculately clean and cozy cottages located on Lake Pemiqewasset, New Hampton NH. 1 bedroom with pull out sofa in living room will accommodate 2-4 ppl. Great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Each cottage has a complete kitchen, bathroom, Living room with pull out sofa, flat screen tvs with cable, Decks facing the lake, with grills for BBQ and a dock for fishing or boating. Also has fire pits for making s'mores and spending time outside at night. Located within 15 minute drive to Weirs Beach and many other Lakes region attractions. Stevens Cottage Rentals is a small privately owned rental company. They have been in business since 2010. Both cottages have been completly renovated as if the owner was going to personally live there. We wanted our patrons to feel at home and comfortable by offering more than just a bleak rental without character or décor. When you walk into one of our cottages you will feel as if you are staying at a friend’s house with great taste and décor. We value our customers and want them to come back year after year. The cottages are picturesque and cozy. They are located directly on Lake Pemmiquasett in New Hampton NH. The cottages have the effect of a log cabin inside. They are complete with full kitchens and bedroom with bunks and pull out sofa in living room. They also have cable TV, excellent views of the lake with mountains rising behind it; a fire pit for s'mores at night while star gazing. To complete the cottages we have acquired grills outside on the deck for for BBQ. The cottages can be rented as a single unit or double to accommodate larger groups. Sleeps 2- 4 ppl in single rental or double rental could sleep 8 ppl. Plenty of grass for a game of football with the family or sunbathin.
