Located in the Heart of the French Quarter, with the entry on Pere Antoine Alley which leads straight to Jackson Square, across from St. Louis Cathedral's St Antony's Garden @ Royal & Orleans. This is a quiet section of Royal with art galleries, restaurants, and boutiques in both directions and Rouse's Grocery 1/2 block away. It is 1 block from Bourbon and walking distance to Frenchmen Street. The river is 2 blocks away across Jackson Square & Place de Arms gardens with Cafe Du Monde on the way. The Cabildo and The Louisiana State Museums are at the other end of the alley on either side of the Cathedral. Carriages rides available on the opposite side of Jackson Square with walking tours daily and every evening.
