New Listing!! Come relax at a private waterfront coastal home located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf Harbors on a deep water canal in New Port Richey, Florida. The home has 1400 sq ft and features a large master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with access to a large hall bathroom. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and the family room has a pull out sofa. Sleeps four. Enjoy the 340 sq ft enclosed lanai or sit in the large backyard under shade tree. Fully furnished kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms! Just unpack and head to the private beach at the end of the street! Convenient location, near Starbucks, Publix and other retail outlets :) Thank you for a wonderful time and we can't wait to get back to paradise!

Perfect location and perfect setting. We loved to relax in the backyard by the canal and the beautiful private beach was only minutes from the house. The house was so very comfortable and super clean. It supplied everything we possibly needed. Big thanks to ann Marie for local information on where to eat & what to see. We will be back for sure...great stay!
