New 3rd floor, 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit beautifully decorated. Living room area with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and recliner. 47" flat screen Cable Box HD TV and DVD player. Dining area has round glass top table with 4 chairs, and two bar stools. Kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Large balcony with round table, 4 chairs, and 2 chaise lounges. Looks out on estuary and lake with fountain. Balcony may be entered from living room area or master bedroom.

We do not keep this calendar up to date. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.

Check in was effortless, the condo well docorated, with a beach theme, felt like home, and very well stocked with kitchen accessories. Never stayed in such a clean vaction rental, will go back.

The condo is just as beautiful as decribed online. Very clean and quiet located across the street fom the beach. The kitchen was furnished with every possble tool you could imagine and there were plenty of linens & towels to use without having to do laundry daily. It exceded our expectations and we are known as the "Clean Freaks". Booking was easy and obtaing access was even easier. Would difinitely stay here again. Thank the owner's for sharing their home with us!

We were at Oceanwalk Jan-Feb 2012.The weather and our condo were great. The staff at Great Ocean Condos was easy to deal with and very efficient. The only thing that we didn't care for was the monthly rental system. We prefer the whole month starting on the first day of the month through the last day of the month. We rented at Errol by the Sea for 15 years and they rented their units that way. Other than that we were very satisified with our stay last year and are returning to Oceanwalk for eight weeks this winter.
