We stayed at Paul Scott's condo with two teenaged daughters during Christmas week of 2011. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and it feels like home, very comfy. Wonderful view each morning as the sun rose over the water. Especially enjoyed watching the tide come in and go out each day. I'll never forget being able to open the big sliding doors to the veranda and have the smell and sound of the ocean consume the entire living space.
This was our first time renting a condo so I'm not sure how most are stocked. The condo was stocked with more dishes than you will ever use and most pots and pans that you would require. If you plan to cook and like spices definitely bring them with you as there were none there. I must say the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in; plenty of room for a couple people to work together and it sure is beautiful.
The bathrooms were nicely done and there were plenty of towels. If you are fussy about them you might prefer to bring your own. The beds were very comfortable, both rooms had kings and the bedding was fine.
The complex was nice and it was quiet when we were there. Mostly snowbirds and very few families with kids, but this was Christmas week so that may be the reason. It was great to walk the beach every day. The complex is close to a grocery store and not far from restaurants and shopping. We did swim in the heated pool on a couple of occasions and it was very nice.
Paul was very easy to work with, though I didn't need to much after the first initial contact. After looking at many different condos in my search I would say it was a good value for my money. My personal opinion is this is a wonderful place for couples or older families, I believe young children would be bored, at least during the time of year we were there. I would certainly consider staying there again.

The oceanfront view is spectacular the kitchen and living room area are great for relaxing,enjoying a meal and socializing. This is the perfect place to stay if you are not looking for 5* Hotel Bedding, towels/maid service.We would definitely consider staying here again.

Scott - Our stay at your beautiful condo was perfect in every aspect. The beach and beach view from condo was magnificent, the condo was beautiful and the pools were warm and inviting. I can't wait to plan our next trip. Grandchildren and adults had a wonderful time. Just wish we had alloted more time for our stay. You had the most well-equipped condo that we have ever stayed in. I stayed in this beautiful condo with my husband and two sons (ages 13 and 8). My 13 year-old is disabled, and the condo and grounds were easily accessible for him. The owner was very easy to work with and everything was as described. We enjoyed the beach, the pools, and the close proximity to the downtown area. We also enjoyed a day trip to Orlando. The town of New Smyrna Beach is adorable- cute shops and wonderful restaurants. We absolutely fell in love with the community and plan to return!

We stayed at Paul Scott's luxury 2 bedroom condo in New Smyrna beach from Jan- April 2010. In almost 10 years of coming to NSB it is the finest condo we have ever stayed in, or seen!! The condo is spacious, modern and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal... From the front balcony we would watch the sunrise and be overwhelmed by the gorgeous ocean view. Then at day's end from the front door you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset...excellent! The complex has every amenity with 2 large pools ( 1 heated) We would literally walk for hours on the beach and stop when we wanted to either have a meal or drink at a beachside eatery or just watch the surfers or parasailers..Daily you can watch the dolphins swim by and last year we did whale watching right from the condo!!!For small town NSB has ample ammenities and within an hour are many great attractions. So something for every taste.Truly our slice of paradise and we look forward to retruning again and again...

The location of this condo was excellent affording a panoramic seaview that greeted me every morning and the gentle rolling slosh of the waves lulling me to sleep at night. Also with the hub of New Smyrna, Flagler avenue, only a 30 minute stroll away along the sands, I did not feel isolated as can happen with other condos in Florida. I found the staff and the general populace of the area to be warm and welcoming which is always a bonus when travelling alone.

We had a great week in a truly beautiful condo, Mr. Scott has a great sense of style. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. We spent so much time on the beach and at the pool, great amenities.
