Tastefully decorated, and comfortably spacious, this two bedroom two story condo is in the quiet Pine Valley subdivision of Sugar Mill Country Club. Conveniently located only minutes from I-95 and ten minutes from the beach the well cared for home overlooks a private yard complete with orange tree . The community pool is only a two minute walk away. A covered car port is provided. Memberships at Sugar Mill Country Club will give you guest privileges to the course, the workout center and the restaurant for a fee of $75 for a week. Animals are permitted with an additional deposit. It is a gated community. Wi Fi included in fee.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The owner was extremely gracious and a pleasure to do business with.
Condo was as expected, clean and quiet place to stay.
New Smyrna Beach is the place to stay while visiting the palm coast. Conveniently located with easy access to I-95, shopping, beach, and of course golf courses!
Our experience was very positive having been our first time booking a private vacation rental online. Highly reccommend to anyone traveling to NSB! -

FLSpacious and Convenient Location

This condo was as listed. Two spacious floors with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. There was a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Property was conveniently located on the Sugar Mill golf course and easy to get in and out of. Furnishing could use some updating but everything was clean and tidy. Unit could use to be aired out to rid of musty smell but overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this unit to people comfortable going up and down the stairs and looking for a comfy place to stay in Sugar Mill. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay at this unit again in the future.
