Our condo is situated in the beautiful golf community of Sugar Mill Golf & Country Club. Access to the private golf & tennis club can be purchased on a weekly basis. We are 15 minutes to a fabulous car or no car access beach. We are 1 hour from Walt Disney World.

We are located in the quiet country of Florida. We are in a gated golf community. The beach is a local surfers beach. Flagler avenue is old time Florida with small shops, a fabulous spa and many quaint restaurants. If you are looking for high rises, rowdy bars and a nightlife, this place is not for you.

It is a great area. Close to the beach and attractions. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We loved the fact that we were over looking the pool and had our own private back entrance.
