The unit is on the 1st floor but the 2nd level of a recently renovated building. This beachfront unit overlooks the Dunes Park recreation area, Ponce Inlet, and the best surfing beach in Florida.

We do not keep this calendar up to date. Rates listed above are base rates! Minimum rental charge of $400. Local tax is 12.5%, cleaning charges vary per unit but are in general $80 for a 1 BR, $90 for a 2 BR and $100-$150 for 3 BR and there is a $39 Booking Fee. You can also choose to purchase a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver in lieu of placing a refundable $500.00 Security Deposit.

the location of this condo is excellent, but don't be fooled by the pictures. almost every thing in this unit is out dated. furniture old and dirty, tv's old and not hd(couldn't get $50 for all three), ice maker doesn't work, built in microwave broken, put a cheap one on the counter. king bed in master has a very cheap mattress which falls off the frame. Drapes in both living room and bed room were extremely difficult to open and close. Loved Minorca complex, but this unit is not worth the price.

The condo was beautiful and the property was very well kept. Great location and was very quiet. The only downfall we had was, the refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived. We finally was able to get it working on day 2. The mattress on the bed was very worn out and it sloped to the one side, so we recommended to them to get a new mattress. We had a water leak around the toilet in the master bathroom, and they came and fixed it. All in all, we had a great week.

The complex and unit are very well maintained. The patio is the largest I have seen at a beach condo. It is fenced, so very nice for dogs and kids.
If you are looking for the latest technology in appliances and electronics, you will be disappointed. While everything was in working order, they were very old and dated. -
