This is a beautiful Condo. Very well maintained and very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do in New Smyrna Beach. The only downfall was we were told we could bring our little fishing boat to fish in a local charity tournament but then we where ticketed to move it by the condo management. The realter helped us find a private home to move the boat to during our stay and we are very grateful for the help but it never should have happened to begin with. We asked specifically about bringing the boat and where told no problem but it was a problem. We did alot of running around to resolve the situation that interrupted our mini vacation.

What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door and the condo was exactly like in the pictures of the website.
Steps to a heated pool and 2 BBQ and we were able to carry food back to Condo. Only 5 minutes walk to the Beach.
Great for quiet family vacation.
You need a car since there is no Grocery or Restaurant in the development.
We came to check it out and stayed 2 weeks and have already booked it for 5 weeks next april so our daughters can visit us.
