This unit’s oceanview balcony with it’s southern exposure overlooks the beautiful landscape and facilities which includes two pools, shuffleboard and tennis courts. The unit has a combination of ceramic tile and carpeted flooring, and is decorated with comfort in mind. It features a king size bed and queen size sofa bed. There is a 42" HDTV and a DVD in the living room. The unit has a 32" HDTV in the bedroom. Other features are cable TV in both the living room and bedroom; as well as free WiFi connection. Donna and I have been coming to Castle Reef at New Smyrna beach for several years. We enjoy the area because of the quietness of the area, but have all the restaurants and amenities that anyone would want for an enjoyable winter vacation. The grounds, pool, and beach at Castle Reef are second to none. We have always tried to get Condo # 309, as you could be certain of a clean and well kept unit. Being on the north side of the complex, makes the Patio, a lovely spot, to watch the sun come up over the ocean, with a cup of coffee.

Deb and I have been traveling to New Symrna Beach since 1982.! We discovered Castle Reef in 1983 and have been guests there ever since! We have been renting unit 309 for a number of years and our first order of business when we check in each year is to book it for the following april. 309 affords you the opportunity to take advantage of sunrises and the early morning sun to enjoy your coffee on the patio. The condo is cozy, well maintained, furnished and clean . Easy access to elevators and laundry room is a plus as well. A perfect vacation get away!!

this is a wonderful place to come for relaxation and fun in the sun. it was so nice to stay in a condo that was fully equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable and stress free stay. it has great views of the grounds, swimming pool, and beach from the balcony. we love that the pool and beach are only steps away...super convenient! i will definitely continue to return to this condo with my family...it is well kept, very clean, and comfortable. a fantastic place to stay in new smyrna beach!

We had all the comforts of home while vacationing here at this condo. We liked being on the 3rd floor and the condo was immaculate. The kitchen was fully equiped and there was an ample supply of linens. We loved the location, close to restaurants and stores. The balcony has a great view of the complex and we totally loved using the pool and the easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful experience.
