Large 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on New Smyrna Beach.
We have two tables in the living room area and a bar that sits 12 people and is large enough for 2 small families. We can accommodate 12 people in beds with the sleeper sofas.

We also have easy access to the NO drive beach, pool, and secured gated parking garage.

Located on the Atlantic Ocean in the heart of beautiful East Central Florida. The Moontide Condos is one of the premium beach front condominiums in New Smyrna Beach area.
The Moontide consists of two buildings, A & B, that overlook the pool and ocean. Our condo is in the building B, that faces the pool and we have a side ocean view.
We offer a specutacular view from the 5th story pool deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean as far as you can see
Minutes away from a challenging 18 hole golf course and even closer is the yacht basin and marina with access to deep sea fishing and boating along the intra coastal waterway. In addition, the Moontide is close to an exciting assortment of fine restaurants, boutiques, shopping malls, sports events, historical sites and a host of Florida attractions including Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral, Disney World/Epcot Center/MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World and St. Augustine.

We (a group of college students) stayed here for a week and this is my second time staying here for spring break. The condo is a great size and sleeps at least 14 people. It has everything you need for spring break. The kitchen is great, two bathrooms was awesome, two dinner tables were great for eating as well as playing games, plenty of sitting room in main hangout area, and a great porch to go out on. The pool on the property is awesome and has a great view and there is also a tennis court and a shuffleboard. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from a grocery store and is also right on the beach. The beach is beautiful and very large. Both of my stays here have been fantastic and I hope I will be able to return again. I highly recommend staying here! Check in and out is also very easy and quick. Nothing bad about this place.

We had 6 guys together for the Daytona 500 and this place is great. Enough room for everyone and a great place to have a large group. Everything went smooth, from check-in to check-out. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

The condo was large enough for all of my family. Not many condos offer sleeping for 12 so we were happy when we found this one. We will definitely come back!
