This is a tremendous and full-floor formerly industrial loft with lots of original exposed brick as well as original columns and beams. It is in an older "real" New York loft building with elevator on West 26th Street in Chelsea.

Three comfortable, private bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and are very quiet. Each of the rear bedrooms has a queen- sized bed and air conditioning. There is one larger bedroom in the front of the loft with a king-sized bed which can be divided into two single beds if requested. It too has air conditioning.

The building was formerly commercial and the loft has an industrial feel but is a v...ery comfortable and incredibly spacious home. There is one large bathroom with tub/shower combination and one small bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully functional with a gas stove/oven as well as dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and drip coffee maker.

The loft is very conveniently located for shopping, theaters and sightseeing. Just minutes away are the West Village, Meatpacking District, Flatiron District, Gramercy Park, Union Square and Midtown. It is also quite convenient for people attending events at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. A short stroll away are Macy's, Broadway theatres, Times Square, and world-famous 5th Avenue. Most major public transportation including subways (1, 2, 3, 6, N, R, B, D, F, V, PATH trains) and buses is within a few blocks of the loft.
