Beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bathrooms in a modern 24 hour doorman building with elevators. You have fabulous NYC views from all rooms.

Each bathroom has a tub and shower. The fixtures are completely new with granite & marble. There are plenty of extra towels provided.

Master bedroom with a Queen bed. The second bedroom has two Double beds, and there is a Queen size sofa in the living area.

The apartment is air-conditioned, and has forced air heat..which changes with the time of year. You have control over A/C & heat in each room.

Plenty of extra Linens and towels are provided for all guests.

A fully equipped... kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, teapot, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, and cooking utensils are provided.

3 Flat Screen TVs. One in the Living Room, and 1 in each Bedroom. Tons of channels from which to choose. There is a CD stereo, and DVD player provided.

The Subway is on the corner, making it very easy to get around NYC

There is so much to do right in the area. You are so close to many Broadway shows. There are tons of fabulous stores, restaurants & museums in the area. You can easily walk to Central Park or Times Square.

  emplacement idéal, metro et supermarché au pied du building
  bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé à première vue Mais la chambre principale , dont la vue panoramique est splendide, est entièrement occupée par un lit queen size dont les draps, couvertures et dessus de lit sont very litte size !, pas de chaise ni table, avec une salle de bains en marbre mais dont la baignoire ne se vide que difficilement, pas de gobelet, pas de chaise ou tabouret, pas de patère.
  du matériel en stockage dans chacun des placards de l'appartement (papier toilettes, savonnettes, agendas, draps et serviettes de bains, divers produits)
  le linge prévu pour changer les lits pas repassé, les taies d'oreiller trop petites pour les oreillers fournis n'ont pu être changées...
  Petits défauts sur lesquels on aurait pu passer ? oui mais au prix loué ça ne passe pas.
  En outre les modalités de location et paiement sont telles qu'on se crée des angoisses (inutiles heureusement) : après avoir cherché sur Tripadvisor, Flipkey, on trouve l'appartement de ses rêves, on s'adresse à Suites57, on reçoit un contrat de Kiera Dufy avec demande de paiement à Lisa Cook au nom de Tri arch par virement bancaire et on reçoit un reçu de Dalton Real Estate...

  Great, spacious apartment in perfect location

  We are a family with 3 small kids on a NY holiday. We had booked a differ apartment, but the previous guests refused to check out after their flight was cancelled. Kiera and Monica made a great effort to sort things out, and put us in a different apt on W 50th St and 8th ave. while we were waiting for it to be cleaned, they sent us to another of their apts on w 57th st. Both were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. To make up for the confusion and inconvenience, they had our laundry sent out for us 4 days into our one week stay. That was a nice touch. We would stay here again. There has been some online chatter as to whether short term rentals are legal in NYC. I asked my aunts, uncles, and cousins who live here and they all said yes, they are legal. Maybe jealous competitors launching accusations? We would stay here again for sure.
