Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana ad agosto ( 2 coppie ) , la vista è effettivamente stupenda ma l'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in uno stato di igiene pessima . Abbiamo trovato insetti morti sotto il letto e non parliamo di quello che c'era sulle lenzuola .
I bagni sembrava non venissero puliti da mesi , abbiamo dovuto comprarci gli asciugamani e le lenzuola per dormire . Dopo nostre proteste ci siamo visti recapitare degli asciugamani ( a detta loro puliti ) che contenevano capelli e peli !!!
Mai visto niente del genere . -

We had originally tried to rent this apartment; it was not available, but we were offered a comparable property in a similar location - also 2bedroom/2bath, spectacular view, new building, very close to Times Square. I was apprehensive, but we did rent the apartment and it worked out beautifully! No issues. It was a great value and made travelling with teenagers much more pleasant than it would have been had we been crammed into a hotel room. Someone was waiting there upon our arrival with the keys. We did have a minor plumbing issue mid week, I texted our host and he resolved the problem immediately. Gorgeous apartment building, furnishings in the apartment were very simple (Ikea) but did the job. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. Everything was clean. The subway stop was very close which was convenient. Bring your own towels. There was extra bedding in the closet which was nice as we had a teen sleep on the couch. Don't expect 4 star furnishings. Do expect great value, great views, great location.

This place was in a great location. Within walking distance to bakeries, delis, pubs, restaurants. Times Square, and Rockefeller Center.

We have just returned from a fabulous 5 day break to NYC and like the previous reviewer were offered the W 33rd apt as a substitute.
We however could not have been happier. The apartment was well situated for the subway, was clean, well equipped and the owners very amenable to our requests. The views from this apartment are fantastic and the apt block has its very own roof garden, gym and lounge with views to die for.
We would happily recommend this and hope to get the opportunity to return soon.
