I am reviewing the property at 389 3rd ave. 3 rd floor. We stayed for a week
Pros: lots of space for 3 families. Convienent to what you need. The Staymart people were easy to work with and took care of any need promptly
Cons: except for the bed in the master, all the mattresses need to be replaced badly.
The apt. Is dirty. We found cigarette butts in various locations of the floor as well as some things we cannot put in print. The problem is not particularly the fault of the maid. The apt. Is so large that a cleaning team needs to be there at checkout as one person cannot do it before the next guests.

This place could be really good with these things done. We would rent again if it were taken care of.
