The owners of this beautiful home came to our rescue when an apartment we were supposed to stay in, experienced an oil leak. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The home is so much more than you can capture in photographs. The third floor loft area is a dream for kids. Our three kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunkbeds and spiral staircase. Fabulous location and plenty of space to spread out and relax! Loved it!

Spacious, comfortable, luxurious and well located flat on upper west side. We stayed over Oct half term 2011 with 6 adults. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms. WiFi access included. The agent Kent was very helpful and felt you were borrowing an apartment from a friend. A memorable holiday. We can thoroughly recommend it .

Th appartment is exactly as we think New York is.
We spent a wonderful week, despite "Irene". We apreciated to stay inside the appartment during this big storm. It was like home.
The right place to come back and enjoy Upper west Side New York.

Fantastic apartment over 3 floors. Very clean and spacious for the 4 of us, everything you need, it was like home from home. More storage space than you know what to do with!! Kent, the owner, was brilliant, right the from booking it in Jan 11 to arriving Sep 11. Subway 2 streets away and apartment was in a lovely, very quiet location. When sat on the terraces it was difficult to imagine you were in NY because it was so peaceful. On the day of departure, we had a night flight and Kent allowed us to use apartment #2 which was downstairs to store our luggage (greatly appreciated!!) and so being a woman, I had a quick peek round that apartment too and it was equally fantastic. Many, many thanks Kent for making our 2nd trip to NY the best ever.

The apartment was really great. It was roomy and the balacnies were nice in the mornings for coffee. We were abl to cook some meals there to save on eating out. This was my families first time in New York and the experiene was great. I will defenitly rent again. The owners were very accomdating and made sure we had all we need with oreientation guide, bus and transportation guide, hospitals, stores, and many etc.
