The apartment is a gut renovated apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, brand new appliances and furniture. There are two pull out sofas (one double and one single) on each side in the two living areas as well. Essentially, it is 2 of the above apartment joined together. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 4 story walk-up townhouse building. It is well situated in the Sutton Place neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan, where there are tons of restaurants and shops, a supermarket 24-hr deli's, and parking garages right around the corner. Left on 05/22/2011 for a stay in April 2011
A great value huge appartment. Very clean and smart and in a good neighbourhood. StaySmart were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were that the subway was a little walk away and it was not the quietest, but neither unusually so for Manhattan and certainly much better than a hotel for the money.
