Gorgeous and well designed 2 room apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The subway is just downstairs. The apartment is great for couples or singles that want to stay in the city without spending a fortune on housing. Clean and neat. The unit sleeps four. The apartment has one (1) Queen size bed and one (1) double sofa bed (each in a separate sleeping quarter), a small table with chairs for dining, a private fully equipped kitchen, a full private bathroom, flat screen televisions and free Wifi. The apartment was clean & the location was very good, steps away from the 6-train & 10mins to Grand central. Bathroom was small but nice & looked newly renovated.
Overall email correspondence (in general) proved difficult & confusing. The short, brief answers was not appreciated. Wifi was not present in the apartment at all which was an annoyance. I had to sit on the stairwell in the corridor of the building to gain a signal, while other tenants passed by.
The concrete mattress in the main bedroom, along with terrible pillows were extremely uncomfortable especially for my mother who is a senior.
Overall, very basic for the price. -

My adult daughter and I stayed here when we came to NYC for our annual Mother-Daughter trip.
Dont be scared by the outside apperance. It is in a good neighborhood and the inside of the building is very clean and new looking.
Our 2 bedroom had a small bathroom but very adequate. The kitchen was a good size and fully equipt. All of the furniture and appliances seems very new. And the beds were very comfortable. If you choose the 2 bedroom with beds in both rooms, you will not have a sitting area, but one bedroom had a flat screen tv in it.
The area was mostly quiet, except for the rumble of a nearby train, but I found it nondisruptive. We also didnt hear any neighbors.
The management staff is very helpful and respond quickly to questions.
It is easy to get around from here. The subway is right on the corner and so is a bus stop.
There is a fabuluos bakery two doors down and a couple of stores and take resturants to choose from.
