Our group (two couples) stayed at the apartment for three nights in early May. The apartment is great - bright, spacious and airy with lots of space and great kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds. The location is fantastic! A block away from subway and bus routes. Really easy to get to LGa - it's about a 20-30 min bus ride. There are lots of great restaurants super close-by. We went to late night dinner at Red Rooster and drinks art Corner Social, as well as Lenox Cafe for coffee. Went back top corner social for a wonderful Sunday brunch. All were excellent and just steps away! There's also a CVS on the corner which is convenient. Pierre was great too! I'd highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre's apartment. Excellent location, a 2 minutes walk will take you to the express subway, very convenient to access any venues in Manhattan.
The apartment is bright and quiet and nicely furnished. Very quiet bedroom which is priceless after a long and busy day visiting New York.
Excellent restaurants literally down at the street corner, the area is lively and safe, we were two young ladies and a child and felt very comfortable walking in the streets, even late at night.
Pierre, the owner, is welcoming, reliable and helpful and is blessed with friendly neighbors too!
I highly recommend this apartment and will look forward to stay there again on my next trip.I have already recommended it to friends. -

My wife and our two children had really good time in this apartment. The location is perfect to discover NYC and the owner is really helpful and friendly. In case we came back to NYC, that's sure that we will rent this apartment again.

I have stayed at this apartment on two visits to NYC and think of it as my home away from home. The apartment is sunny, spacious, clean, comfortable and just a block away from the express subway!! Great restaurants are literally at the end of the block and you are in walking distance from the apollo theater and other great venues.
The apartment has a stocked kitchen making meals at home an option while traveling which is great for saving $$.
The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and reliable should you need him for anything during your stay.
I highly recommend this property and would choose it over any of the over-priced hotels in the city each time I come to town.

We stayed 8 nights in april with my wife and 3 teenagers and really enjoy it. It is exactly what we were looking for. A nice apartment, in Manhattan, near public transportation, and at a reasonable price. Pierre, the owner, was very welcoming and helpfull.

Pierre was a lovely and patient host, full of useful tips and information. Very close to subway, great restaurants, central park, Harlem and New York living. How lucky were we to stay in an area with such history. We felt safe and comfortable.
Accommodation was great, trendy, new , clean, airy, like home.
can't wait to go back to New York and stay in this lovely brown stone apartment.

We had a great time staying at Pierre's apartment in Harlem! He greeted us at our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was freshly renovated and furnished. Very clean and charming!
The location is great also. It is close to the subway and the neighbourhood is great. We were a group of girls and we felt safe walking around the streets at night.
We definitely recommend this vacation rental and we would definitely return there for our next trip to NYC!
