Fully renovated 3 floor, 2 full bathroom, 1 bedroom (queen size bed) loft where Soho meets Greenwich Village, located on the 8th floor in a full-service, 24-hour doorman building with elevator.

LOCATION

Amazing location for those who are coming to NY to shop, eat, and enjoy the city. Although in a popular area for locals and tourists alike, the unit is very quiet,... as it faces an internal courtyard. Close to historic Washington Square Park, which has recently been given a total overhaul, as well as all the shops, restaurants, cafes and cultural attractions of Soho and the Village.

DESIGN

Meticulously designed and gut-renovated with high-end finishes (Dorn Bracht, Grohe and Toto fixtures, Cesarstone countertops, Miele stovetop, white oak floors in living room and bedroom, custom-poured concrete tiles in dining room, kitchen and bathrooms). The bed frame, credenza and dining room table were custom-designed and built for this space. Sleep on Sferra 600 thread count sheets and fluffy down pillows, enjoy Calvin Klein Collection wool rugs and plush, high-pile towels.

  Wonderful stay, Louis is a ver attentive host, his loft is perfectly and tastefully decorated and this is coming from a picky guest. This designer lift is the very best way of enjoying a NYC stay, long or short, for business or for pleasure. Photos are very accurate, trust me you won't regret this choice of housing.

  Everything about our stay was perfect. The loft was exactly as the pictures. This was our first try at a non-hotel rental and it was great. Louis was very kind and extremely helpful. His communication before our stay helped us in many ways. I highly recommend a stay here.

  Superb, high end apartment in ideal location

  We did extensive research before deciding on this apartment, and we could not have chosen better. It is ideally placed, in a vibrant, safe location, very close to shops, restaurants, bus and subway links. The apartment itself is light and airy and has been beautifully renovated by Louis, with lots of storage space for clothes, suitcases etc (we were there for 9 days), two fridges, two bathrooms and a very comfy bed. It is also relatively quiet for NYC, given it's proximity to the action, as it faces inwards instead of over the street. We found it was a great base to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Louis was the perfect host, meeting us when we arrived and checking in with us a few days later to check everything was OK. He left lots of suggestions about where to shop, eat, etc. and was always accessible by email or phone, although we had no need to contact him about any problems - everything ran smoothly. (This has not been our experience with other hosts!) We even met up for a coffee. All in all, I have no hesitation about recommending this apartment to anyone looking for a high end, very stylish place to stay in an ideal location. Thanks Louis, for helping make our stay in NYC so memorable.

  This is a class act ! Louis's apartment was a top-drawer experience. It was well-kept, tastefully designed, super clean and well laid out for 'interim guests'. This was by far my most delightful sub-let experience and will definitely stay there again and again and again. More than the place though, Louis is a giant spirit - his generosity, compassion and accessibility is the stuff of legends. I truly and highly recommend his place.
