There is a 5% reduction for parties of 3 and a 10% discount for 2 guests or fewer. Christmas and New Year's week, if available, is 15% higher than listed rates. Weeknights are considered Monday through Thursday and weekend nights are Friday Saturday and Sunday.
A deposit of 10% of the total will hold the reservation. A contract will be forwarded to you when the deposit is paid. 50% of balance remaining is due 30 days in advance and the remainder of the full balance including $750 security deposit is due on arrival. If you cancel before 90 days from date of arrival half the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival the fee would be 50 % of the total booking unless the apartment is rented to someone else during the time you reserved. In that case your payment would be refunded less the deposit. Payment can be made by check, cash or PayPal.
There is a $150 cleaning fee per rental and a $750 refundable security deposit).

Stayed for 4 nights with my girlfriend for my 30th birthday. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, views incredible and a great location. Checking in/out could not be simpler and Randy could not do enough to help. Would certainly recommend.

My teenage son and I stayed for ten nights in this wonderfully located and superbly appointed 2 bedroom apartment. The location is fantastic, the views remarkable/spectacular and accurately depicted in the Tripadvisor images.We loved the apartment for its location and size (2br/2bathrooms), its stylish appointments and amenities, the helpfulness of the concierge and the helpfulness and generosity of the owner. We walked to most well known New York landmarks, including Broadway and Off Broadway theatres. It is very close to the subway and has a conveniently located supermarket, specialist market and wine merchant. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. I want to return to New York which is a wonderful city and will definitely stay here again. I have recommended the apartment to my friends as I feel that their enjoyment of New York will be enhanced by staying in this apartment in this location.

The minute we walked into the apartment we knew we had found a gem. Location was perfect as we had arrived for the New York marathon, which unfortunately was cancelled due to hurricane Sandy. However the apartment more than made up for any disappointment. Daughter and partner joined us and It was ideal in terms of privacy and large enough to share without being on top of each other. Randy ensured the apartment was well stocked with those little extras which made all the difference to our stay. Location was central to all the other activities we wanted to do, the subway was close by which enabled us to visit lower Manhattan and we were a hop and step away from the water taxi and river cruises. Randy made the whole process very easy from our first contact which was appreciated. Fantastic stay and would recommend it.

Our first visit to New York and how lucky were we to find this beautiful apartment. The location, the views, the cleanliness and most of all the friendliness of Randy were second to none. We were three ladies and felt so safe staying here. I have already recommended it to several friends.

The apartment is even better than in the pictures; spacious, luxurious, clean and extremely well stocked. Complete package with doorman and reception staff that are very helpful and friendly. There were 4 of us that stayed for 10 days and the sofa beds are pretty comfortable and the windows open which is a nice bonus for a high rise. It really is hard to fault, the location is very central and there are great restaurants in the area and easy access to Time Square Subway. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very patient in answering any queries. Cant recommend highly enough.

Came for a 10 day stay from Vancouver. This place is fabulous! Loved everything about it. Very busy area of New York so we appreciated the escape from the commotion outside to the peace and tranquility of the apartment. We were surprised at how hectic the surrounding neighborhood was. So if you are looking for that quiet "artsy" type of area in New York this would not be your place. But if you want a modern high rise near the "touristy" area of the city this place would be ideal. Owner was great.

From the moment we got out of the taxi we knew we had made the right choice. The location was perfect for us : close enough to time square, restaurant row and accessible to all of Manhattan.
Arriving in the flat didnt change our impression, it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We travelled with our friend and the flat accommodated us comfortably, it is ideal for two couples, providing adequate privacy and large enough to share our daily experiences over a meal, evening drinks and breakfast. The owner also provided those little touches that make the differences, ie. tea, coffee, milk, extra towels. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and helpful in all aspects. From our first email until receiving our deposit there was no hiccups or delays. To sum it up, it was home away from home for a reasonable cost -cheaper than the hotel that we had originally planned to stay. Did we mentioned the views, breathtaking! It's a corner flat! -

Wanted to show my wife and her sister the Big apple for the first time so I needed a place in the center of it all. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. Right near the Broadway shows and so easy to get everywhere. The place is super clean, modern and has every comfort and convenience. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Views are advertised--fantastic! I used to stay in hotels but have shifted to vacation rentals as you get better value and it feels so much more like a home. We ended up eating a lot of meals in the apartment as the kitchen is open to the the living area and we couldn't resist the great sunsets! Highly recommend!

My husband and I wanted a fancy place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and decided to take a chance on this listing as there were no reviews. So glad we did! The apartment truly deserves 5 stars and the owner is super accommodating. He let us check in early and we left the apartment in the mid afternoon for a late flight back to Texas.
We loved the views! You can see for miles and the Empire State building is right in front of you.
Saw a lot of Broadway shows and they were all an easy walk away. Times Square is very close and its easy to take the subways anywhere.
The place is a two bedroom and we did not need the second one but it was nice to have the space and an extra bathroom.
We will definitely be back.
