  Great location, lots of restaurants and subway stations nearby. Lots of tips in a very well written "welcome book". Great living space. The owners live on the premises with their children.
  
  Note that nothing is soundproof and we had to complain about the visitors staying on the flat above ours.
  
  Kitchen well stock with coffee and teas upon our arrival. The cleaning lady even offered to run to a nearby shop to get us some food!
  
  We felt this could very well be our home in NYC (my favorite one remains the Wayman House, however, but it does not have two bedroom appartments)
