Our apartment is a beautiful, renovated and well maintain, so i'm sure you will enjoy it with your family.

This apartment is in excellent location for the summer, it's close to the main museums and the central park where many events happen. It's also 2 blocks from the east subway line, offering you an easy, reliable and fast way of transportation. You can be in midtown in around 15 minutes. The area is very safe, filled with residential buildings and offers also tons of coffee shops, pharmacies and restaurants.

You will definitively get a full one bedroom renovated a...partment in great location.

We have 1 separate bedroom with comfortable bed and closet area. Living room with comfortable sofa bed and closet to put all your close. Full kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Dinning area, internet connection, bathroom, Linens and towels. AC, Online TV, Heating, 2 sets of keys, desk, microwave, toaster, Coffee maker, water filters and all other appliances. We also include spices, salt, toilet paper, cleaning utensils and other basic stuff for you to enjoy the apartment as if you lived there.

The apartment is perfect for professional people, families or couples who want to enjoy New York in a easy, safe neighborhood and at the same time have easy access to the main tourist attractions.

Upper east side it's the green, clean and beautiful looking area of the city. It's not the rough, hipster decadent feeling of downtown or the extremely corporate and busy insanity of midtown.

Compared to New York and the way buildings and apartments are, this apartment is in excellent condition and the apartment feels new and cozy.

With the price you get the full apartment for 3 or 4 people. Not cleaning or taxes or extra deposits. We only require extra $35 dollars damage insurance deposit that will be return to your account as soon as you check out and the apartment is in good shape.

In order to book the apartment you need to send me your full name and request a full quote. To separate the space you should pay 50% of your stay and there other 50% when you check in.

Payments are deal through this website but please let us know if you have any preference to book or do payments.

We will send an invoice once the payment is done with all details and confirmation.
