Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Stayed in a Casanova condo in Manhattan in Oct 12. We originally had another unit booked but due to bed bugs got moved to this one. We've never been to New York before and after looking at housing prices I could see why the unit was the price it was. We enjoyed the location, how close it was to grand central station and Times Square. My biggest critique when dealing with this company was the customer service. You have to go to their central office to pick up the key to the unit and when the key wouldn't work all they told us to keep jiggling the key. We also had a bed break during our stay that had been either broken before or lacked most of the supports underneath. All in all if the customer service was a bit better and the furniture and sheets were a bitter higher quality this would be a decent little unit. Not luxury by any means but not bad. More room than a hotel for sure.
