LondonA great east village apartment!
Left on 05/10/2013 for a stay in March 2013
My friends and I had a fantastic time at this apartment.
It was clean and very stylish, with plenty of clean bedding and towels.
The location is brilliant, and it's just a two minute walk to the park. The streets around the apartment are filled with cool bars, interesting stores, and cute little coffee shops.
Margaret was a great host who made me feel really welcome, and gave me lots of tips on where to eat and drink.
Three of us stayed at the apartment and we fitted in there just fine.
I'd definitely recommend this apartment. -

Montevideo, UruguayA great place to stay with friends or family!

This place has lots of benefits:
the location: the place is quite to rest and near everything: food, restaurants, subway stations and its really easy to go downtown NY in minutes!
The owner: Eva is just great. She was extremely kind to me even though I booked the place two days before arriving to NY!!
The place: really comfortable and clean.
Definitely 5 stars! -

San Jose, CAClean, Safe, and Charming!
Left on 01/31/2013 for a stay in December 2012
I had a very positive experience coordinating my stay with the owner. She was responsive and accommodated our unique travel needs (arrived late in the evening).
The apartment is located in a cute little neighborhood in East Village. We felt safe walking around late at night and there are plenty of places to eat & drink. The place is spacious for a NY apartment with a full kitchen and living room area.
I would definitely recommend this place. We would love to stay here when we go back to NY. *Hopefully soon!

Sydney, AustraliaSpotless, stylish, convenience and above all the warm & caring h
Left on 01/21/2013 for a stay in October 2012
The apartment is situated in a neighbourhood filled with characters of by-gone era of a small village yet full of energy. Unpretentious pastry shops with rich history, friendly, quirky small shops, communal gardens define the immediate neighbourhood. Very accessible to the hub of the Union Square and our stay and discovery of the area was sadly cut short to just 8 days by Sandy. The apartment presents better than the photos and $value well exceeds their over-rate West Village counterparts where we spent another 10 days after the storm. The only missing detail is hooks for towels in the bathroom.
