Breath-taking 750 square-foot apartment featuring exposed brick and stunning living space.

Enjoy the best of both worlds – with exceptionally quiet, comfortable sleeping quarters and the best people watching in New York City from the perk of two large sunny windows. The apartment is sunny with an absolutely lovely street view, which frequently includes special summer celebrations. The bedroom sleeps two adults, and upon advance request at booking, an additional antique high-quality bedframe with adult-size single mattress can be included as a daybed for a third guest. The apartment is located above the second floor. It is not a diff...icult walk, but sadly is not handicap accessible. I just love children, but do not have youth safety windows and therefore cannot host guests with children. This is a very spacious and comfortable Manhattan apartment. It is a truly wonderful living and entertaining facility which many friends admire greatly. We know you will be happy with your experience and welcome any questions.

"What can I say about this apartment except location location location! Myself and my husband had not done the whole air bnb thing before so we were so nervous!! We didn't know if Eve would pull out before we arrived or if the whole thing was a hoax. We couldn't have been more happy with her correspondence as we prepared for our trip. She was always emailing me to answer any questions I had. Nothing seemed to be a problem to her. All I want you take from this blog is don't stay anywhere else. The east village is where it's at and I've been wanting to stay here for so long due to the vast amount of restaurants and cafes not to mention the $1 pizza slices across the road!!! A quirky coffee shop has just opened the next brownstone over called I am coffee served by a true Italian, well.. Half Italian half Thai!! Go figure and everyday without fail it was the best damn cafe latte macchiato I've ever had!! All for $3.50 ... yummy! As for Eve, we could not have asked for a more hospitable hostess. Anything we needed she offered to us on a plate. With a cherry on top ;) !! The apartment was immaculate, she had just changed the shower curtain over, talk about the perfect touch. She had flowers arranged for us and a welcome pack with I love New York cups full of chocolate!!! The fridge was stocked with eggs so knock yourself out in the beautifully presented kitchen! We stayed from 3 dec- 9 dec so it was cold outside but her apt was toasty warm! Very welcoming after a day of ice skating!! And there's a bath should you wish to take a dip! The bed was comfy with more blankets if you feel the cold but we actually had to turn the radiator off as we were warm enough!! It's a very secure building. On the second floor. Not hard to walk up the stairs. Surplus towels provided. Comfy sofa, tv, perfect wireless Internet (a lifesaver to us traveling from overseas). All in all I cannot praise Eve and her apartment enough. It's so close to absolutely everything. We would not hesitate to stay again. Oh and the pictures are exactly the same as what you see when you walk through the front door. Very spacious! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!"

This is a rental highlighted by LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Situated directly on the Greenwich Village/East Village border and a very short hop over to Washington Square Park. Steps from Astor Place featuring five major subway lines for direct transport throughout the city. Historic block which is a destination location for many travelers. This commercial and residential area is the toast of the town throughout the summer season. This apartment is located in the heart of one of the hottest new dining districts, steps from several Off-Broadway performances, and a short skip to SOHO shopping. In addition to Washington Square Park, I can also walk to both Union Square Park (farmer’s market) and Gramercy Park (night-scene) in about six minutes. It is just a truly incredible location.
