Stayed ( 3 persons ) for 9 nights in this spacious studio apartment for my first time in NYC.
Location : Very quiet and safe zone. Various Deli's and Restaurants downstairs. Also Hertz and avis at the street next to it. 2 blocks from the times square subway.
Comfort : A typic NYC block with elevator and washing machine at the basement. The apartment itself was very clean and the facilities of it like new. The TV has the basic channels, so aBC was the top for the 'dead time'. Great portable Wi-fi.
The service and check-in were great, the owner was available at mail and phone always.
Bottom line : Highly recommended, especially for foreign travelers.I'll not hesitate to come back.

Went in December with my wife (both in our 50s) for a week. All pre-travel arrangements were effortless, air-port pick-up ($55 +tip) was professional and on time. Studio situated 4th floor in uninspiring block, but once inside it's NYC style small but practical. All kitchen utensils, towels, appliances were new and complete, a very good quality matress, quality bedding and clean functional bathroom. Portable 4G router a real treat. Tv program selection small and poor quality stations - wasn't important to us. Walking (10min) to Broadway shows a winner for us, grocery store across the road, subway 10 min walk. There is a train-line next to the apartment block, noisy at times. Otherwise the usual NYC street noises. We really enjoyed the place as a base, lazy sleep-ins and convenient spot for breakfast and small meals.
