First of all, this studio apartment had a very good location: On the corner of Wall and Water Streets. It was on a high floor in a building with a 24 hour doorman. It was only a few blocks to Zetuna's (a great gourmet market) and Gristedes. The apartment itself was immaculate and clean. It had great views of the financial district in New York, and was fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooking stove and utensils, refrigerator, and a washer/dryer! All of these appliances were top of the line and worked really well. One of the most important facts about this vacation rental is that it was cheaper to stay here than in any of the high priced/ low amenities hotels in Manhattan during this time period. I will never stay in a hotel in New York City again!

It's a great place at a great location. Subway around the corner. We loved having the washing machine and dryer. Breakfast was simple but ok. There place isn't as spacious as the wide angled photos make it seem. But big enough for 2 people for sure.

We reserved for this apartment but were reassigned to a different unit due to a needed repair. Andy emailed us about the change. The apartment was in excellent condition and well supplied with linens and cooking utensils. It was light and cheery. There is a washer & dryer. The building is very modern-see the pictures- most residents were younger adults, but as a middle aged couple we felt very comfortable. Breakfast is served in a lounge area and included fruit, yogurt, cereal, baked goods, coffee and tea. There is a basic work out room for exercise. The neighborhood is quiet but is close to South Street Seaport which has a lot of stores and restaurants. The building is close to the subway and interesting areas to walk.

Andy is a perfect host, very responsive and understanding.
I stayed there for a month, it felt like home. The building is incredible, be aware that the concierge & co are very strict though, everyone needs to be announced! (otherwise the security guy will hunt you down, seriously...:D). Apart from that, you need to know that Wall Street (FiDi in general) is very quiet during weekends, perfect for me, but if you want to hang out, you need to take the subway and leave the area. Subway station is 3 min walk, so handy! Excellent sushi place nearby (Nikko Nikko) though they close at 6pm every day! The apartment itself is a gem, you have everything you need. The washer/dryer is quite a bonus! All in all I highly recommend this apartment. I booked my next stay already. -

We had a lovely week in NYC in this peaceful and inviting condo. Well designed floor plan, better than the pictures reveal. Everything 2 people need for a fun stay in the city. Access to transportation was great. Free continental breakfasts, the wonderful exercise area and doorman security. A kitchen with a surprising amount of counter and refrigerator space and an unexpected walk-in closet. The neighborhood was quiet at night, so easy to rest and it was also easy to get back and forth to Times Square for shows. Andy is very nice, great to work with and helpful. We'll be back! Oh! very close to Wall Street for business travelers too.
