HOUSE RULES:

Turn Off A/C units when you leave the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Drug use and rowdy behavior (parties) will not be tolerated, quiet hours are between 11PM and 10AM in the morning. No random additional "outside" guests allowed and no pets. Your ID will be checked upon arrival. Keys must be surrendered upon departure. Please treat the apartment as your own (or perhaps as your best friend's!) so that when I return, I find it as I left if for you. No need to wash the linens and towels before you leave, but please tidy up, take out garbage, and remove food you do not want. Remember, this is my home, not a hotel room. Any damage done to property must be paid for by renter. Thank you!

SECURITY DEPOSIT ?- $500 security deposit required, and it will be placed as a "hold" on your credit card through Airbnb at time reservation is made. Funds will be released after apartment has been inspected.

The Upper West Side is filled with beautifully maintained brownstones and portrait-above-the-mantle worthy families. Its impeccable appearance comes at a cost, and this neighborhood’s high price tags may dissuade some from taking a closer look. Suspend disbelief about the number of zeroes on your bill and you'll be glad you did—the Upper West Side's Central Park proximity and surprisingly relaxed brunch spots merit more than a second glance.

  What can I say? I wish my stay had been longer! The apartment is beautiful, and watching the sun rise over Central Park was a highlight. As it was a business trip the free, very fast, wi-fi was much appreciated! The apartment is very bright and spacious, especially for New York City and you are close to tons of great restaurants, the subway, and Central Park. As a runner, being right by the park made for some great morning jogs. I would not even consider a hotel next trip when I can stay here, it is a very comfortable, classy place.

  This place is even better than it looked when we booked! It was obvious from the moment we arrived (hassle free check in and Johno was very helpful with suggestions for the area and providing directions to things we wanted to see) that a lot of thought and care has been put into this unit. Comfortable contemporary furniture, high end linens and towels and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while traveling. The lighting was incredible and fit in well with the modern space - and it has given us some ideas for our own place! Everything was clean and new and we loved being just a block away from the subway as we travelled all over Manhattan. There is a Whole Foods across the street and we actually cooked in one night. There are more than enough dishes and glassware, all good quality, and the nighttime view from the table over Central Park and the lights of the city was beautiful.
