This stone-built terraced barn conversion in a courtyard location is close to the village of Newborough on Anglesey and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Granary is a delightful stone-built terraced barn conversion near to Newborough on the Isle of Anglesey. The cottage has a kingsize double with ensuite facilities, a second kingsize double on the ground floor and a twin bedroom which with the addition of a family bathroom make this cottage suitable for six people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with doors to the garden. Outside the cottag...e is off road parking for two cars, bike storage, an enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture with a BBQ and a front sitting area with views over Snowdonia. Being just two miles from the nearest beach and with all of Anglesey and North Wales to discover, The Granary is a wonderful holiday cottage all year round.

Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), shared use of freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD player, WiFi available. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot, booster seat and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, front sitting area with views over Snowdonia. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Blue Flag beach 2 miles.

Town: The village of Newborough lies on the edge of forests and dunes at the south west corner of Anglesey. Close by is Llanddwyn Bay, renowned as one of the finest beaches in Britain, ideal for swimming, canoeing, beachcombing and birdwatching. Behind the beach, the 1500 acre sand dune system of Newborough Warren is home to skylarks, meadow pipits and oyster catchers as well as toads and lizards and is protected as a National Nature Reserve. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
