Description
This semi-detached cottage is set on a working livestock farm, close to Newcastle Emlyn and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.Ysgubor Uchaf is a semi detached cottage on a working livestock farm in the hamlet of Brongest near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage has a double with en-suite, a further double, and a single room. There is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath upstairs, and a shower room on the ground floor. There is a well equipped kitchen, and a comfy sitting room with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture, and the opportunity to see the owners' prize-winning livestock by prior arrangement. Ysgubor Uchaf offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy all the sights and sounds of a farm holiday but in luxury quality accommodation.
Amenities: Underfloor heating on ground floor, gas central heating on first floor. Electric and gas range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times while outdoors due to proximity of farm animals.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The market town of Newcastle Emlyn offers an array of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. There is a ruined castle and beautiful countryside close by, plus the Cardiganshire coastline is just 10 miles away. There are many attractions within driving distance, making Newcastle Emlyn an ideal base for a holiday in this part of Wales.
