The property has a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom which can also be offered as a king-size double on request. There is a family bathroom, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wonderful harbour views.     Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

      Fab apartment with south facing balcony

      Very modern and well appointed property. Felt very comfortable here. Great view of marina & ferry going up & down river to sea. Enjoyed breakfast on balcony one morning even though it was the week before Christmas! Was close to shops & restaurants in Newhaven. Good local shop & Italian restaurant about 2 minutes walk away. Shop has everything you need & reasonably priced. Very good bus service to Brighton , would recommend this over using car as not easy to park there.

      what a fabulous apartment this is.Furnished to the highest standard. The owners go out of there way to make this a stressfree holiday.Bathroom toiletries are supplied, all condiments are in the kitchen. Lovely welcome pack on arrival and the view from the balcony is just gorgeous. Apartment is ideally situated for visiting Eastbourne Brighton lewes and rye. Excellent bus service right on the doorstep
