Service was excellent
The accommodation was first class, very clean with every amenity.
The apartment overlooked the marina and it was a treat to watch the everyday life of Newhaven especially the boats and ferry coming and going every day.
Cannot fault anything about the apartment or the location, although Newhaven Town itself is rather rundown, but this didn't deflect from all the other positives.

The apartment was one of the best we have been in, very clean and everything you need. The views across the marina were splendid. Newhaven though, has not got much too offer, except for the fort, that was very good. The bookings for the apartment show how good it is. We would return.

This apartment is the best equipped and most up to date we've ever stayed at. The location is superb, with a south facing balcony overlooking a modern marina and a river mouth with views out to sea. There is a fairly busy docks and cross-channel ferry terminal directly across the river which also adds to the views and interest.
The owners were helpful, directions were perfect. Apartment spotless and very comfortable.
Newhaven itself is not the greatest place as far as coastal towns or seaside resorts go. However, the area has many famous locations nearby including Brighton, Lewes, Seven Sisters, Beachy Head and Eastbourne. All within a few minutes' drive or a short bus ride.
If you like coastal cliff top walks or typical seaside resorts you will be spoilt for choice. As well as Brighton and Eastbourne, the likes of Worthing and Bognor Regis are also within easy travel distance.

Very modern and well appointed property. Felt very comfortable here. Great view of marina & ferry going up & down river to sea. Enjoyed breakfast on balcony one morning even though it was the week before Christmas! Was close to shops & restaurants in Newhaven. Good local shop & Italian restaurant about 2 minutes walk away. Shop has everything you need & reasonably priced. Very good bus service to Brighton , would recommend this over using car as not easy to park there.
Excellent apartment with great views
