(Currently, there is only room available to be rented.

And due to Covid19 concern, we only host guests who have been vaccinated at least twice and who can send us their vaccination records)

We only reply to potential guests who have pictures and who provide brief info on their purpose of staying with us.

A great place to stay if you come to Sydney for sight-seeing, a conference, Tennis, Swimming or Rugby and other sport Tournaments, Shows at Sydney Olympic Park Precinct.

Nestled in the beautiful suburb of Newington which is the former Sydney Olympic Village, the home is about 15 km inner west of downtown Sydney.

This suburb is surrounded by hundreds of hectares of park and Aussie bush lands, Olympic sporting facilities, walking and cycling paths are everywhere in this leafy Oasis.

A small shopping Market-Place is only 300m away with a large supermarket, multicultural restaurants(Japanese, Korean, Thai, Middle Eastern, Pizza and Sea Food restaurant) and several cafés, hair salons, banks, medical centre, pharmacy and dentist are all there.

Our private room has a queen size bed, a large built-in wardrobe and the marble bench top bathroom is just next door to the room. You can also use the courtyard outdoor entertaining/BBQ area with a nice garden.

Breakfast is not provided due to strict local regulations. Wifi is available.

After exploring bustling and hustling Sydney, you will find this place a beautiful sanctuary to recharge your battery for the oncoming activities. The owners, the place and its surrounding are a pleasant surprise for your stay in Sydney. Public transport include: train and ferry are a walking distance and bus stops are only 200m away.

Guests may use our kitchen facilities. Moccona coffee and tea are free.

The accommodation is great for older and young travelers who love a very clean and comfortable room at a reasonable rate. And for those who feel bored at hotel, this is a nice family environment for you. We both are very relaxed and easy going.

* NOTE THAT SHOES ARE NOT WORN INSIDE THE HOUSE.

*THERE ARE 2 ROOMS TO BE RENTED OUT. IF TWO ROOMS ARE OCCUPIED AT THE SAME TIME, THE BATHROOM WILL BE SHARED. HOWEVER, THERE IS A POWDER ROOM DOWNSTAIRS WITH A TOILET, SO THERE WONT BE ANY WAIT FOR TOILET. IF ONLY ONE ROOM IS OCCUPIED, YOU HAVE THE BATHROOM TO YOURSELF.

Response from the owner Emily was nice and easy going guest who respected house rules and kept the room very clean and tidy. She was sociable and I enjoyed talking with her about diverse subjects. I dont hesitate to recommend her to any hosts out there who are desirous of a stress free hosting experience.
