Located in the heart of the downtown Balboa Pier area, this is a nice upper unit which sits atop a business. There is a living area with two couches, one sofa converts to a bed in the evening, and a TV for enjoying a movie after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is bright, with vibrant green cupboard doors and all the essential amenities. There is a peek-a-boo window into the dining area perfect for keeping the conversation going between the two rooms. There are two bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other has two queen beds. We had a blast. There are 8 of us. 6 kids and 2 parents. The kids always had plenty of things to do that were close by. The house was great for the price.

Property is in a great location, close to beach, close to shopping and dining, easy freeway access, it's awesome. The property itself is fantastic. Its clean and bright and has everything you could want and more. A/c, cable, Internet access, laundry, you name it. And Cheryl from burr white is the best. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. She went totally out of her way, above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our vacation was the best ever. A wonderful experience.

Nice location. The apartment was clean, spacious and had more supplies than I expected. Great to have wireless internet and two televisions also. Very convenient to the beach and attrractions. Great beach!

This renal isterrriic. h nerior, furniture and many extras are always above average and greatly appreciated. The owners appear to go out of their way to make the stay a delight. Everthing from snack items, storage products, terrific furnishings and parking decal. They ahe definetly tried!!!

I feel this place was a waste of my money. I am very dispointed because I traveled from Las Vegas Nevada and to stay in an unsafe place due to not being albe to get a refund. This condo had very many building code violations and is not a safe place for anyone to stay in.

We do try to keep our Internet photos updated to provide the best representation of our properties. The Management at Burr White Realty considers the security of our guests a top priority, as does the City of Newport Beach. Also, Newport Beach has “up-to-date” building code. They would not allow an “unsafe” rental. Our rental agreement itemizes all charges, including security deposits and cleaning fees. Please call our office if you have any questions. It is because of such great feedback from guests that we will be able to continue to improve our services.

Great location, close to everything. Close to unit parking was a little problematic. Suggest getting there early to secure close parking on arrival and departure days. If your planning on using one of the city fire pits, grab one early especially on the weekends.

Howard, owner, was exceptionally helpful and he went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. He left snacks and flowers for our arrival. He also helped carry our bags to our room.

We have two teenage boys - it was very spacious and great location...close to the beach, fun zone, coffee house, food...the boys loved the satellite tv and computer. GREAT DEAL FOR THE LOW PRICE!
