This unit is indeed a cut above. Wife and I escaped the Oregon rains here for the month of March. Everything is as advertized. Close enough to everything for convience and just enough off the beaten path for chilling out. Landlord most cooperative and returned our deposit before we arrived back home.

One week with family and grandchildren who were delighted the beach and ocean were so near and also the ability to bicycle and enjoy the amusements on land without traveling far. The accommodations were superb, very clean, comfortable beds and all extras provided. It was a very fun week and we all enjoyed it very much.
