This first floor unit is located right on the boardwalk to enjoy the surf and the sand, the patio is great for a plenty of sun and a BBQ using the gas grill, it is nicely furnished 3 couches one converts to a bed, flat panel TV, travertine floors, fabulous views of the ocean from the open living area, bar stools at the kitchen counter, the kitchen has granite countertops, nice appliances and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has queen bed, and in-suite bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, there is a second bathroom in the hallway which is beautifully outfitted with a full bath.

Super clean and upscale! Incredible view and location right on the boardwalk. We have stayed at many places on the boardwalk and this is by far the best! Perfect family spot!

Great location...we have rented this unit for 1 week for 8 years. You can't ask for a better location. My kids look forward every summer to coming back here for vacation. Owner is very easy to deal with.
