Description

This first floor unit is located right on the boardwalk to enjoy the surf and the sand, the patio is great for a plenty of sun and a BBQ using the gas grill, it is nicely furnished 3 couches one converts to a bed, flat panel TV, travertine floors, fabulous views of the ocean from the open living area, bar stools at the kitchen counter, the kitchen has granite countertops, nice appliances and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and in-suite bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, there is a second bathroom in the hallway which is beautifully outfitted with a full bath.

there is a washer and dryer in the garage, and one parking spot for your vehicle in the garage.

Great stay and very nice owners. Did a good job keeping the rental up and location was wonderful.parking is probably the only issue which is a regular thing at the beach.
