This cute 2 bedroom/1 bathroom upper left unit in a four-plex is newly refurnished ‘Tommy Bahama’ style. It features nice hardwood floors, updated kitchen appliances and remodeled bathroom.
The living room has two comfortable couches, a coffee table and TV. There is a round dining table that seats six and two wicker chairs with a table near the front door. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven range, refrigerator and cabinet space for storing food.

21 steps from the beach...we had a great time. Jet skied boogie boarded biked up and down boardwalk and walked around Balboa Island...always a good time and a nice location to do it all.

This was perfect with our kids. We had problems with the dvd player and burr white sent someone quickly out to fix it. Very fun, couches were awful as was master bedroom bed but overall we loved it.

The property is in a great location. It gets warm so you need to keep the windows open. The living room ceiling fan could work better to keep the living area cooler. That room got the hottest. The cleaners didn't do a good job before we arrived because it was pretty dirty. But the place is large and perfect for our family of 4. The laundry area down back was great to have. Outdoor shower for the kids to rinse off their sandy feet was really nice too. I would ask that the owner let renters know AHEAD of time to bring their own lock for the garage. And the shower has an extremely LOW flow. A little TLC, thorough cleaning of cupboards and drawers is all this place needs. We really enjoyed our stay.

We told you when we dropped off the keys. The drawer front pulled off when we opened the kitchen silverware drawer. The T.V. in bedroom did not work. The T.V. in big room did not work at first. Someone came out for the remote control problem half way into our stay. None of the blinds worked.
