The staff were very helpful . The location was great. We found everything clean and comfortable . We are sun lovers and found the patio not very accommodating . No where to sit comfortably. The living room furniture could use an up grade to fit the obvious up grade of the kitchen and bathrooms. These are easy fixes. Overall it was a nice place to stay for our 5 day get away.

Proximity to ocean was nice, but property is surrounded by other rental properties rented by inconsiderate drunk yahoos, whom we had to call the police on numerous times. Drunks coming and going at night time, unknown parties trying to break into the laundry room and scratching our car. Also property rather run down given the rather high price of the unit.

The location is quite nice and it turned out to be a fabulous family vacation. Regarding the house, some of the furnishings are a bit worn and could use a good cleaning. The street area is busy but at least you are at the end of the boardwalk so the foot and bike traffic goes away from the house. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

We loved this house. Great location, and despite a little bit of noise from the boardwalk, it was great to have easy access to the boardwalk but not have it run in front of the house. Very family friendly home, and our kids loved it.

THE HOUSE AND PATIO WERE DIRTY ON ARRIVAL AND THE WINDOWS WERE SO DIRTY YOU COULD HARDLY SEE OUT. ALSO THE HOUSE APPEARS TO BECOMING RUN DOWN FROM OUR VIST LAST YEAR AND IS IN NEED OF SOME TLC ALL AROUND.

Absolutely the best holiday ever. We loved this place. Everything was there that we needed and worked. We called to have the toilet seat replaced as it broke and it was done promptly. There should be toilet brushes beside the toilets. Couldn't clean them easily. We spent some time getting the BBQ dials to turn as they were very corroded. Just used WD40. There were only 2 wine glasses so we bought a couple more. There was no dustpan so bought one. The location was perfect and the views spectacular. Will definetely come back. Thank you we loved it.

Clean sponges and trashbags should be a given. There were no dishtowels and dirty dishes in dishwasher with crumbs on counter. We had to call cleaning service for items. Good help is hard to find. We left it cleaner than when we came in.

This was a good location. The outside was not very clean when we arrived, so we cleaned it ourselves. There were some ants in the bathroom and upstairs too. For the most part we were very happy with our stay and loved not having to share a property with anyone else. We would rent this one again.

We enjoyed this rental very much. It is nice to be able to rent the entire property and not just the top or bottom unit of a condo. The upstairs was nicely furnished, and the open air feeling of the white wood exposed beam ceiling, and the kitchen/dining/living room combo opening up to that wonderful deck and view was amazing. The downstairs was a bit tight for the 6 of us on one bathroom (there is another 1/2 bath upstairs) , but it worked fine for us in any event, and the shower is great. One of the ladders to a bunk bed needs to get fixed, and the outside furniture could have used a wash/wipe, but the inside was generally clean, uncluttered and the appliances appeared to work well. We look forward to renting here again some time.

Comfortable place for 4-6 people. Great patio right on the sand...fire up the grill and watch the kids play. We'll rent this place again...kids loved the bunk beds!

Very cute accomodations. A small two story with lower patio and upper deck right on the sand. Clean at arrival. Carpet and furnishings a little worn but generally very nice and "cottagey". At the north end of boardwalk so there was foot traffic and noise even at night. All of us (6 kids included) were comfortable but found there was alot of traffic through the master bedroom because it led out to the patio on the sand. We'll go back but may look for a house south of newport pier.

Time is taking a toll on the property. Balcony furniture is broken, ladder broken off one of the bunkbeds, etc.

Too many things falling apart: furniture, door handles, lights, etc.. Better suited for two adults with up to four small children-- not suited for more than two adults. Place is hot in August-- bring fans.

3600 Oceanfront is a great location. The location is on the sand (great for small kids) but right next to the boardwalk so you can easily walk, bike ride, etc. Having both an upstairs and downstairs is fantastic!!

The house was not cleaned when we arrived and there was trash all over. Once cleaned, we had a great stay. One of the keys did not work and we got locked out of the house.

I am in love with this house. I wish I could afford to stay in it every summer.If I ever won the lotto I would want to buy it. It's charming and cozy, yet very roomy. I had one incident not even worth mentioning the only reason I am is to state that it was instantly taken care of in a pleasant and professional, completely compensating way. Basically we were well taken care of. This house is charming, the location is fantastic,the veiw is spectacular. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT.

Property was extremely dirty, food behind couch, ants and very dirty windows. Floorboards very dirty. Property managers were great. Burr White is very helpful and tries to please. They were responsive when we contacted them
