Just steps to the beach! Come stay at this 3 bedroom upper oceanside condo! Located on Seashore Drive, between 50th and 51st Street, this upstairs unit is walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals and shops. This condo features 2 decks, spacious bedrooms, tile floors and dishwasher.
The living room has a couch, coffee table, flat screen TV and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor deck. There is a dining room table that seats 6 with 3 additional barstools up at the kitchen counter. Have always rented on the sand. This year, pleasantly surprised that being 1 block off was just as fun. Especially, since my family is older and walking across the street was no big deal at all! I will happily rent again next year. PS: I do hope, though, that the couch has its seating pillows re-padded as they need it to be a tad more comfortable for tv watching. :)

Was completely happy with our location, loved all the space and will rent again if it is available in our time space next year. Only problem is it had a few ants, that didn't want to go away, otherwise, totally happy.

My only complaints are I wish there was a gas grill, and the tile floors were very filthy. Had to have the cleaners come back, but it was still really dirty, and needing a good wash with hot water and cleaner and a bucket, not the spray and dust mop they used.

We have rented this same property for the last 7 years. We love the location and the size of it. This year we were disappointed that the bottom unit bedroom with the queen size bed smelled of mildew.We also had ants in both kitchens. Great place. I wish we owned it ourselves. Does the owner want to sell??? Thanks!

We loved this beach house. It was clean, close to the beach & spacious. Lots of room for entertaining. We really enjoyed the large Master Bedroom w/ attached back deck. We will definitely request this property again.

We totally loved the location of this unit; it was just steps from the beach, and that was wonderful! Unit is very spacious, and kitchen has the basics of what's needed. Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and clean, and there is a small view of the ocean from the front room and balcony (nice!). Because of the great location, our kids (ages 7, 11, and 12) could walk back and forth between the beach and the house by themselves without us having to worry. We used the large grill on the balcony, and it worked well for us. On the downside: for a unit that sleeps 8, the living room was very "bare bones" - just a couch and loveseat that could only seat a total of 5, and a coffee table, although there was plenty of room for a few more pieces of comfy furniture, some lamps, end tables, etc. No decor or extras at all (nothing on the walls, nothing "beachy", no books, games, or other little niceties like that). Also, the TV was fairly small for the size of the space (not that we care about TV when we're at the beach, but with kids, you notice these things!). Also, being a "beach house", there was no beach equipment at all that came with the rental (no coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, bicycles, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, etc.). We've rented numerous beach houses in the past, and this is the first we've seen that didn't come with at least some of these goodies! We had to purchase a few of these items, and then ended up having to leave them so we didn't have to lug them on the plane, which was a bit frustrating. Also, mattress on sleeper sofa was pretty much shot....our 7-year-old slept on it and was OK, but any adult would not be happy - every bump of the frame and springs could be felt. Overall, though, the location, spaciousness, and nice condition of this unit make it a great place to stay!

I would have been nice to have soap for the bathroom and shower, detergent for dishes, and toilet paper. More towels would have been nice as well.
