Come and check out the ocean views at this 2 bedroom upper beach house! Located on the boardwalk between 35th and 36th street, this home is walking distance to the Newport Pier, shops, restaurants and the grocery store. It features an outdoor patio, charcoal BBQ, ocean views and TV.
The living room has 2 sofas, coffee table, hardwood floors and TV. There is a dining table that seats four. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. The outdoor patio has a charcoal BBQ and great views of the beach and ocean!

This was our second stay at this property and we really enjoyed it for the second time. The new living room furniture is very nice and comfortable. Location is perfect. We will be back next year!!!

We were very happy with our stay in 3505 Seashore B and often recall our enjoyment of the property. It was an excellent facility for just my wife and me. It was clean and in good condition. We valued the WiFi. Because it has only one bathroom (and only one mirror), four people would have to be organized and courteous in order to happily coexist. We used the second bedroom as a place for our belongings while we slept in the main bedroom.

The unit needs bar height table and chairs. The new railing and deck were necessary due to rotting, but it was built at exactly eye level when sitting and completely blocks the view that is the main draw of the unit.

This was our 5th year staying here. It's perfect for our family. The property is slowly improving and it makes our stay better every year.

The bathroom was not as clean as we'd like. There were long black hairs all over the tub and floor, as well as the floor of the main living space.

Our first week was not as fun as our second week. The first week we had "strange" neighbors (3507 Seashore). It got to a point that I would not let my 18 year old daughter outside by herself. But,,, our second week we had wonderful neighbors. We even shared a bottle of wine with our neighbors downstairs. It was fun. We are all excited for next year. It will be our 11th year in the same house.

Property slowly improving. Cleaning seemed REALLy surface (hair still all over) need dust pan, really need pony wall or something in front of stove to block breeze so burners don't blow out when cooking. deck boards are rotting, soft and bouncy. resurfacing the black walkway on deck would help keep the black out of the tub.
