This cute bayside single family home is located between Newport and Balboa Pier. It is nicely furnished and has a great patio with bay views. It features a spacious patio, 3 car garage, direct gas line BBQ and 2 living rooms.
There is a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and futon that converts to a double bed. Our family rented this gorgeous home after the holidays for some rest and relaxation. We had an absolute blast. The home is beautiful with plenty of room; plus, the beaches and activities were great for all age groups. The restaurants were fantastic as well. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone who wants a great time to unwind from the hectic lives we all lead. BurrWhite Realty was excellent and professional to do business with as well. It was too far from the fun zone and ferry for us. we like to walk down to the fun zone a couple times a day or over to Balboa Island and weren't really able to do that. But the property was very nice and clean and as always Burr White was Great! We are
looking to rent again next year in July either Alvarado or on the Island... Thank you -

We love it. The only thing was there was a ton of garbage on the side of the garage and the garage door opener would not work. We did love out stay though.

Once again the screen were dirty, and not cleaned when we arrived. Burr White had a note from me that they should be cleaned,as they have been dirty for the last 3 yrs we have stayed there. They were cleaned on Monday. Did not leave enough sheets, did bring them the following day. Only one dish towel is not enough. Even considering these items our stay was good.

This was a great rental for our family. We liked that the bedrooms were upstairs and the living area was downstairs. The location was great for us - just cross a small street at you're at the water. Walk one block at the you're at a beach for the bay. We'd definitely come back to this rental house again.

Great house, needs some work which was pointed out to the managers. Also window and screen cleaning seem to be a big problem. This is 2 years in a row that the screens have been so dirty that air cannot pass through. Otherwise a great house. Noise was a problem this year. Folks are going through the trash looking for bottles and cans, 2:00AM, this needs to be addressed.

I called property management and the men to fix all responded after we'd been there 3 days but they did put up new fans, fixed the refridgerator which had broken fans, looked at the BBQ and made an attempt to fix it and it's probably fixed now. Property management and myself fixed the whole place up for the next family. I discussed my concerns with Burr White, Karen and she was very helpful. I would recommend this house.

Check in time was 2:30 but when we arrived at the property the cleaning crew had not even been there yet. The cleaning crew arrived after we did and we had to wait outside for over an hour until they finished. Also, since the cleaning crew hadn't been there yet when we entered the property it wasn't pleasant to see it for the first time unclean. Kitchen drawers and refrigerator had crumbs and stains in them after the cleaning was done. We did think the house had a great layout for 11 people and enjoyed our stay there.
