If you’re looking to spend your vacation outdoors, escape to the this single-family home that has three floors of living space, two floors of outdoor seating, and just a short walk to the ocean. It is decorated in warm woods, with a Spanish feel. The large brick patio on the ground floor has seating for four, and has the feeling of the tropics, with green plants on the perimeter. Walk up an exterior staircase to another large redwood deck, recently updated during 2012. The vacation rental home was a fabulous way to spend time with the family. Our children enjoyed the home and it's unique layout. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 4 kids. The location was amazing...close to both piers and steps away from the beach. Great accommodations made for a memorable trip to Newport Beach.

As a burr white rental customer of many yrs i can honestly say that they are the best in Newport, i have always been very happy with the service they give and they treat you like family and really care about your stay and if you are happy. I have recommenced burr white to many of my friends and family. the lady who owns the house i stay in is also a very caring person who also wants her renters to be happy in her home. Overall we were very happy with the place. My only concerns that originally we didn't have 2 nightstand lights in the master bedroom; with the MBR being a loft, we were woken with the light, and could hear everything downstairs; the downstairs bedrooms could hear when we opened bathroom drawers in the MBR. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the place. There was an overall clean, but dirty in corners and the silverware etc. drawers where so dirty, we washed all the dished and silverware before using. We really appreciated having 2 garage spaces and the ease to the beach and walkway. Being able to BBQ was a special treat. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The reason I cannot give the general condition five stars is because the bunk beds in the downstairs rooms are not comfortable for adults to sleep on.

We thoroughly enjoy this house, the location and all the amenities. We really appreciate the service from Jane & Diane from Burr White. The handyman, Basil was knowledgeable, efficient and came immediately when we had a plugged up kitchen sink. We were impressed with his service. Once we contacted Burr White, the tech guy came and installed a new modem for wireless internet. We would really like to rent the house for two weeks rather than one but not for the July 4 week. We would like the week we presently have and the week following, or we would consider a later time in July and early August for two weeks.

Not enough towels. Constantly using washing machine. Had to call maintenance 5 times during first 3 days. Unable to lacate light switch for lower patio. Overall not worth the $2300 I had to pay.I prefer not to have my review displayed because the location was good and house was beautiful. It just needs someone to check out these items ahead of the renter finding them. Although I know for a fact the owner knew about dishwasher and windows ahead of time. Why wasn't that rectified before I moved in?

This was a great vacation for us all!Our son and daughter in law our daughter son in law & 2 grandchildren had a wonderful time & we celebrated our grandsons 4th birthday as well. The home was beautiful and we felt very much at home there, the week went way to fast. We plan to be back again next year!!

This is the 3rd year in this beautiful home with my scattered family. We have renewed a long-standing tradition of summers at Newport Beach that started in 1978 when we were kids. We re-started the tradition several years ago with our kids and grand-kids and intend on many more at this wonderful home.

This was our 7th year staying at the Labas home. It's a great house for our two families to share. There is a lot of space, and each year we look forward to seeing what new thing has been added. This year it was television upgrades. The boys appreciated that a lot! We plan to be back next year.

What a great home. My family and I have rented this house for the past 8 years and we look forward to our visit again next year. The large deck and courtyard, covered with over grown plants and trees, really give a sense of privacy on a busy street.

Even though it's located on the main blvd. through a very busy coastal city, it's set off from the street by walls, gate and mature trees. Private and secure feeling for family and friends with small children. Very resort-like. Can't wait to return!
