Enjoy your vacation at the beach! This spacious 3 bedroom oceanfront single family home is located on the sand on the corner of Orange and the ocean. This home is walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals and shops. It features a huge front patio, beautiful ocean views, new bedding, outdoor shower and 2 parking spots.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room has a couch, coffee table and a sliding door that leads to the oceanfront patio with a table, chairs, BBQ and incredible ocean views. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a bunk bed, double on bottom and twin on top.

I ACTUALLY SHED TEARS WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE. THE WEEK WAS WONDERFUL. THE HOUSE WAS RIGHT ON THE SAND, MORNINGS WERE SO RELAXING SITTING ON THE PATIO, WATCHING THE SURFERS AND THE WAVES CRASHING ON SHORE. I'LL BE SAVING FOR ANOTHER VACATION AT THIS LOCATION NEXT YEAR. IT WAS JUST INDESCRIBABLE. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST VACATION EVER.

I had to put a yes for the recommend to a friend but I would do so with heavy caveats. The property is in a fantastic location but the house is super old, quite rundown and very poorly equipped. We have a property of our own in a rental program and so I am well versed in what "should" be in a rental to make the guests' experience great and this didn't even come close. Additionally, we discovered multiple webcams placed throughout the house and were very disturbed.

We really enjoyed our week at the beach and the location could not have been better. Just wish the beds downstairs were in real bedrooms not 3/4 walls. It made it hard with the baby.

We knew before we arrived at the house that it was in need of updating. It was far worse than we expected. Our group was five women and six children who all loved the location. Our main concern was that it was not what we would call clean. Microwave still had food in it. Mattress pads, blankets and pillows did not look clean, etc. After a very expensive trip to Target, we made the best of it. We were concerned about an electrical issue, battery operated fire alarms were not working and lots of light bulbs were burned out. We called Burr White who sent a wonder maintenance man right over who got us all fixed up. We definitely left the place better than we found it and would rent this house again!

This was our first big family beach vacation, everyone had a blast. The location was awesome right on the beach, and very quiet. The property itself was very old and outdated but the location made up for it. Everyone had a great time and didn't want to leave.

Location and parking were great! A garage door opener would have been nice as would more than one towel per person for all 4 days of our stay. We needed more blankets but the property management responded and brought them right away. More sleeping options would have been nice since all the beds but 1 were double or larger and not everyone wanted to sleep together. The layout of the common areas, including the patio, were great for socializing and entertaining. The upstairs view was amazing. Some of the dishes were a little dirty, but otherwise the place was clean. Over all everyone had a great time and we'd come back to the same place again.

The property had a great location and the patio was awesome! However, the house was extremely outdated and is in need of some desperate TLC immediately. The pictures portray a much better depiction of the home online. Quality of bedding, bunk beds and odds and ends were a bit disheartening as these are easy fixes that could embrace the beach cottage feel.

When we arrived I was so excited about the location. Location is excellent. I couldn't ask for a better location. When I opened the door, I felt so much different. The furnishings in the house are so old and outdated. The house badly needs updating. While
were there, we had to call for many repairs. Some of the lights didn't work, there were no fans, the refrigerator leaked the whole time and it couldn't be fixed, and one night the power went out due to what seems like a blown fuse. Everything in the house
looked original from the date it was built. Updating should be done and I think the electrical in the house should be inspected and updated. We had a wonderful time but the word updating comes to mind. -

WORKED OUT GREAT FOR OUR GROUP- WOULD DEFINITELY RENT IT AGAIN- GREAT LOCATION OFF OF ORANGE- THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT HADNT BEEN CLEANED WHEN WE TOOK POSSESSION BUT THE CREW WAS SENT TO DO A QUICK CLEAN AND WE ARE TO BE CREDITED WITH OUR CLEANING DEPOSIT- WEWERE SATISFIED WITH THIS AND FELT IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT

Water heater does not work. Only had 3 warm showers. Garbage disposal not working and not told. Had to have the plumber out to house 4 or 5 times. Filthy fan caked in dust. Definitely not up to par to be rented at the price. ESPECIALLY the water heater. Not much of a vacation with cold showers and plumbers coming daily, plus. Water heater needs to be fixed before rented at this price. Definitely feel we should be refunded or at least partially refunded due to all of the problems.
