This is a great lower unit of a duplex, located just a short walk from the sand, just three homes from the ocean. As you approach the door you notice a bright turquoise door, with a “Welcome” sign, inviting you and your family inside. The living area has a large cream colored sectional sofa and large wall-mounted flat panel TV for enjoying the newest blockbuster. There is a dining table next to the sliding glass doors which open out to a fabulous concrete and brick patio, with a built in fire pit and beautiful landscaping, with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops, nice appliances, and a refrigerator... with filtered drinking water feature.

There are three bedrooms, all three with flat panel TVs and DirectTV. The master suite is decorated in blue and yellow, with a comfortable queen bed, and an adjoining bathroom with granite sink-top and gorgeous tiled shower. The second bedroom has a rich wooden bunk bed, with twin beds. The third bedroom is decorated in green and blue, with a queen bed. Both the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom have ceiling fans, the room with the bunk bed does not have a ceiling fan. There is a guest bedroom off the living area with a granite sink-top and tiled shower, styled similar to the master bath.

There is plenty of parking. The garage allows for one vehicle and the driveway can fit several vehicle configurations, but will fit one extra-large SUV + one compact car on the street in front of the driveway. With room for 3 cars total. There is a shared washer and dryer in the garage for guest use.
