Unit: A (Downstairs)

The downstairs unit can nicely accommodate 10 guests in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, along with two additional sets of twin bunkbed...s in the 3rd bedroom. The master suite includes its own TV and private, full bathroom, in addition to the hallway bathroom, which contains a tub/shower combo and nicely-appointed travertine surfaces.

An open floorplan invites guests to enjoy the fireplace and entertainment area from both living room and kitchen locations. All-new fixtures and appliances have been added to the stylishly remodeled accommodations, including granite countertops throughout, wood flooring, and flat-screen TV. Kitchen counter barstools provide a handy indoor eating area to augment the large family dining space on the front patio. A gas barbecue and lounge chairs complete the comfortable patio scene for sunning and relaxing.

There is 2-car parking, tandem-style (one behind the other) on the left side of the garage, as well as a private laundry area with non-coin-operated washer and dryer units. The garage is accessed from the alley at the back of the property. Free street-parking can also be used when available – take note of street sweeping days, when vehicles must be moved.

Unit B: (Upstairs)

Boasting an open floor plan, this upstairs 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has been recently remodeled, and features spacious, vaulted ceilings. Living room focal points include a fireplace, flat screen TV, fold-out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations, and entry to the balcony and barbecue area, where guests can check out the nearby surf conditions. There is room on the balcony for great sunning, relaxing, dining, and watching the neighborhood beach action go by.

Looking across to the kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances, glass-front cabinets and barstool seating at the counter complete the living area set-up. Both upstairs bathrooms are appointed with travertine surfaces and lovely new fixtures, including a full walk-in shower with 2 shower heads in the master bath, and a tub/shower combo in the hallway bath.

There is a $65 linen fee which includes. fitted sheets, flat sheets, comforters, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. All beds will be made upon arrival, and will be removed and processed upon your departure.
The security deposit is refundable and will be returned within 30 days after your departure.
